This is our exclusive membership and will not only give you access to unlimited classes, but it will enable you to use the Box for open gym.
Off Peak - £70
This entitles you to our early morning classes and any open gym sessions before 4pm Mon-Fri. (Excludes Saturday open gym / classes.)
Joint Membership (Couples)
Unlimited classes and open gym at all times. (Only available for couples within the same household.)

Everyone has weaknesses and CrossFit will highlight these. If you would like some one to one coaching on how to improve a lift, a pull or simply just to ensure 100% correct technique and form, personal training is available with any of our coaches.
