Our on ramp induction is to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit, regardless of what level of ability the individual is at. Everyone must complete this course in order to take part in any workout at Wakefield Crossfit. On ramp is a one to one 3-4 x 1 hour sessions with the coach that will teach you the fundamental movements and various other skills used in CrossFit. Technique is crucial when carrying out exercises in CrossFit and it is our job to ensure that you learn how to execute the movement correctly and safely first before progressing on to the next stage. You will spend time learning the mechanics (skills and technique) whilst gaining knowledge on anatomy and preparing your body properly for the workout ahead. Once you have completed the sessions and we are happy you you can safely progress you can then become a Wakefield CrossFit member.
Drop In - £10 (Per Class) £5 (Members Per Class)
We offer a drop in membership for people who may just want to do the odd class per month. Alternatively current members can pay an additional £5 to attend classes outside of their membership.
Gold - £70
This is our all inclusive membership and will not only give you access to unlimited classes, but will enable you to use the Box during the open gym times shown on the timetable.
Off Peak - £55
This entitles you to our early morning classes and any open gym sessions before 4pm Mon-Fri. (Excludes Saturday open gym / classes.)
Open Gym - £55
This entitles you to unlimited use of open gym sessions. (Only available to experienced athletes.)
Joint Membership - £120 (Couples)
Unlimited classes and open gym at all times. (Only available for couples within the same household.)
Annual Payment - £550/£700/£1200
Pay up front for the year and receive 2 months free on the Off Peak / Silver / Open Gym or Gold membership.
Public Services, Students, Over 50's
Will receive a 10% discount on our gold and silver membership packages and this will be applied after providing proof of employment or ID.

Everyone has weaknesses and CrossFit will highlight these. If you would like some one to one coaching on how to improve a lift, a pull or simply just to ensure 100% correct technique and form, personal training is available with any of our coaches.
